Through onsite and virtual consultation, we discuss how you live, how you want the home to function, and what matters most within the space. Existing plans or layouts are reviewed through circulation, functionality, proportion, and long-term liveability.
This stage establishes the spatial foundations that guide every decision that follows.
2. Concept & Design Development
The spatial direction begins to take shape through layouts, joinery design, material palettes, lighting, and interior detailing.
Ideas are tested, refined, and resolved through drawings, visualisation, and collaborative discussion — balancing atmosphere, practicality, buildability, and the overall experience of the home.
3. Documentation & Delivery
With the design direction resolved, detailed documentation and specifications are prepared to support accurate pricing, construction coordination, and clear communication across the project team.
I remain actively involved throughout the delivery process, helping ensure the finished outcome remains aligned with the original design intent.
